Medical Services

Our clinic provides walk-in medical care, family practice, and women's & family health services. All services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled at the clinic's discretion due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete health information
• Following prescribed treatment plans and recommendations
• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
• Notifying us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance
• Paying for services rendered according to our fee schedule
• Treating staff and other patients with respect and courtesy

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.

Payment and Insurance

We accept OHIP for eligible services and direct billing for many insurance providers. Patients are responsible for verifying their coverage and any applicable co-payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
